Cherona of Pulse Pilates

Pulse pilates studio offers pilates, Barre and gentle cardio classes designs to strengthen and stretch your body and mind in a safe, comfortable environment. Cherona is truly passionate about the benefits of flexibility and stable core strength.

Cherona also specialises in spinal, neck and shoulder rehabilitation as well as pilates for people living with a stoma through our ‘pil-ostomy’ programme.
